We have a number of neighbourhood offices in the Norwich area where staff can help you with services, including:
- general housing advice
- benefits checking and verification
- council tax advice
- information on refuse collection and recycling services
- reporting antisocial behaviour and fly tipping incidents
- home options in Norwich advice and assistance
- non-rechargeable repairs ordering
- use of free public telephone for contacting Norwich City Council services.

Please note that although payments cannot be taken at neighbourhood offices there are public access computers available for you to access the
Do it online section on this website where you can make online payments.
