The out of hours service for emergencies is also available on this number.
Calls are charged as 01 or 02 numbers, depending on your phone package. This means you can use mobile or landline 'inclusive' minutes to call us for free.
A freephone connection is available for contacting our services at each of the neighbourhood offices and at the customer centre in City Hall.
