Home Options is the way you can apply for social housing and shared ownership in the Norwich City Council area.
We have a wide variety of homes availalble to rent on the Home Options website at www.norwichhomeoptions.org.uk. You can view all the properties and then choose where you want to live by expressing your interest (placing a bid) on a particular home that is advertised.
It's easy to bid on a property once you've registered with the service.
How to register
Before you can view and bid on the properties you will need to apply to be added to the housing register. You can do this by visiting the customer centre at City Hall or phoning 0344 980 3333 to discuss your housing needs and the options available to you. You will then be asked to supply all the necessary documents to verify your circumstances.
More information about the Home Options service and how to use it is available at www.norwichhomeoptions.org.uk. You can also access this website using the public access computer terminals in the customer centre at City Hall.
