Norwich Leaseholders’ Association

The Norwich Leaseholders' Association (NLA), run by leaseholders, meets to discuss issues that affect Norwich City Council leaseholders such as service charges, improvement, maintenance and painting contracts.

The NLA committee holds a public meeting once as year. It also meets with Norwich City Council officers on a monthly basis, known as Partnership Action Group (PAG) meetings, to discuss issues which affect leaseholders.

Recent PAG meetings have included items such as publicity for the NLA, the outcome of the audit commission report, gas servicing for leaseholders and a presentation on the new neighbourhood model, which includes new style walkabouts in local areas. The council also continues to work with the NLA on revising the management fee structure and the reletting of the council's contracts.
