Norwich City Council is committed to providing good quality and affordable housing for those in need and is always looking to opportunities to work with partners to deliver new homes.
As part of this commitment, Norwich is set to get its first new council homes for more than two decades as part of a ground-breaking partnership with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), which will see £8 million invested in the city.
Ten affordable houses are planned for a former garage site in Bowers Avenue, Mile Cross.
