We are working hard to improve the quality, choice and standards of housing in the city. Significant investments are being made in our housing stock to meet the decent homes standard and we are making it easier for customers to find the right house through our Home Options scheme.
We manage over 15,900 council homes in Norwich, and provide a range of housing services to our tenants.
By creating neighbourhoods which are attractive, successful and sustainable, and with our drive to increase tenant participation we will ensure that residents have more say in local issues.
The sections below detail the services provided for council tenants and give basic advice. If you require more information see the contact details provided in the relevant section alternatively contact us on 0344 980 3333 or email info@norwich.gov.uk
