To make sure our tenants get a fair deal, we produce an annual report that aims to give them - and watchdog agencies - a way of gauging how well we are doing in meeting their needs and our responsibilities.
The annual report should contain information on the council services that matter most to tenants.
- opportunities tenants are given to get involved in shaping and improving services
- how homes are let
- the conditions of homes
- ways antisocial behaviour is being tackled
- how we make sure we are getting value for money and spending public money wisely.
We have worked with tenant representatives to find out how you would like this information to be set out and as a result we have produced a full annual report and a summary version.
