We are always looking to build on and improve the services we offer to make sure they meet people's needs and an important part of this is listening to our tenants and leaseholders.
By listening to our tenants and leaseholders and getting their views we have made a number of improvements. Part of this improvement work includes developing a blueprint and vision to be the core principle we use to guide how we deliver the range of housing services to you.
