In order for your comments to be taken into consideration regarding the determination of an application, any comments or objections on applications on this list should be lodged within a specific time frame.

This varies for each application so will need to check the expiry date for neighbour consultations, the expiry date for latest site notice or the expiry date for latest advertisement – the latest date will be the date by which comments should be lodged

To find these dates, go to the Planning Public Access website:

  • Enter the application number into the reference field.
  • Select the 'important dates' tab

The council reserves the right not to publish or take into account any letters of representation which we believe are defamatory, offensive or racist

Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of an appeal may do so in writing to the Secretary of State.
