Planning - Validation requirements

Supporting plans and documentation are required to be submitted with applications for various forms of planning, listed building and conservation area consents.

The validation requirements for each type of application is detailed in the document below. When you have opened the document, first select the type of application you wish to submit. This takes you to further information and links for each type of document which are available by selecting the document heading.

We will not unreasonably seek information if it is not essential for the determination of the application but we cannot register applications if key information is missing. If it becomes apparent after registration that an application is invalid and further information is required to determine it, we will invalidate it until the relevant information is submitted.
