Free parking up to 2½ hours is available for centre users. For longer stays you must register your car at the kiosk provided to avoid a penalty charge.

More swims for less!

Up to 50 per cent discounts are available for Go 4less and Norwich City Council *bus pass holders.

Swims are available during Go 4less hours only:

Monday to Friday
7am to 5pm​
Saturday 8am to 5pm

8.30am to 5pm

*Norwich residents who hold a Norfolk County Council bus pass will need to apply for a Go 4less card to be eligible for Go 4less discounts.

The Go 4less card scheme is available to low income families and students aged 16 and over in full time education. As a card holder you are entitled to up to 50 per cent of many council facilities and leisure attractions in Norwich.

Alzheimer's Society at Riverside Norwich Dementia Cafe

Meetings take place on the second Tuesday of every month from 10.45am to 12.30pm.

If you have dementia or are caring for someone with dementia, you’ll be welcomed at our café. Come along to meet others in a similar situation, in a relaxed social setting. You can spend time sharing information and experiences, or simply have a cup of tea and a chat. Friendly Alzheimer’s Society staff and volunteers will be on hand to provide informal advice and support, a range of refreshments will be available.
