There are a number of ways that you can pay penalty charge notices (PCNs).

Please note: payments made using a credit card for PCNs will be exempt from the 1.95% surcharge.

Online

PCNs can be paid online using a debit or credit card.

By telephone

Payment can be made with a debit or credit card by calling 0344 980 3333. Please have your vehicle details and PCN number ready.

By post

Payment can be made by cheque or postal order made payable to Norwich City Council. (Please do not send cash). Our address for payment is:

Alternatively you can use the envelope provided with the PCN. Please write your name, address, vehicle registration and the PCN number on the reverse of your cheque. Please note we cannot accept post-dated cheques.

In person

You can make a payment in person at the customer centre in City Hall. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, cheque, postal order, or cash. Please make sure you have your vehicle details and PCN number.

Please note: we cannot accept payments once a warrant has been registered and issued to the bailiffs.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8.45am to 5pm
Wednesday, 1pm to 5pm (closed from 8.45am to 1pm every Wednesday)
