This is a critical post working as part of a highly motivated team responsible for the collection of housing debt. You will be responsible for the recovery of garage rent arrears and repair recharges debt and for tracing former tenants and recovering former tenant debt. The job is office based involving mainly letter and telephone contact methods offering customers advice and solutions to assist them in paying off their debt.
You must demonstrate excellent communication skills and have experience and confidence in dealing with a diverse customer group in a wide range of situations, preferably gained in a social housing environment. You must be fully conversant with Microsoft Office IT packages and demonstrate a good level of numeracy.
