Get ready for a big bang – Sparks in the Park tickets go on sale today!

Sparks in the Park, the annual fireworks spectacular at Earlham Park in Norwich is nearly here and now is the time to get your tickets - buy now and save up to £1.50 per ticket!
On Saturday 5 November, as well as two dazzling firework displays - 6.30pm children’s fireworks and the Big Bang at 8.00pm - there’s plenty of other things going on throughout the evening - bonfires, burning Guy Fawkes, a funfair for all ages and the Heart soundstage - bringing you a mix of music, old and new, to really get the party going.
Organised by Norwich City Council’s events team, the city’s biggest, unbeatable family fireworks night is supported by Heart 102.4 and the Norwich Eveing News. Helen Selleck, events manager at Norwich City Council, said: “The Big Bang Fireworks will be exactly that - a really fantastic display to wow the crowds. But so the little ones aren’t left out, we’ve got a less noisy, but no less colourful, display earlier on, so there is something for everyone.”
There’s plenty on the music menu as well, with a live bands taking to the Heart 102.4 soundstage, including Ignite and Destiny.
“We’ve also been working really closely with local bus companies to make sure as many people as possible can take advantage of great prices to get to the event, as well as doing their bit for the environment,” added Helen.
There is no public parking available for the event, but there are spaces for blue badge holders. We encourage people to use public transport, walk and cycle to the event. There are spaces for people to lock up their bikes on the UEA campus outside Congregation Hall.
Sparks in the Park is the biggest firework event in and around Norwich, so make sure you get your tickets in advance to get the best deals, and take advantage of the great rates for bus travel to and from the event.
