In response to the Boundary Committee for England's draft proposals for local government in Norfolk and Suffolk, Norwich City Council made its formal response to the consultation on the 26 September. This response comprised the following:

• a letter signed by the council's main political group leaders, introducing our formal response
• an executive summary setting out a short, high-level summary of our formal response
