Parliamentary Boundaries

Parliamentary boundaries are reviewed every 8 to 12 years, under the Parliamentary Constituencies Act 1986, as amended 1992. The work is carried out by four Parliamentary Boundary Commissions - one each for England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

There are two parliamentary constituency boundaries, Norwich north and south. They are made up from the authority areas of Norwich City Council and South Norfolk District Council.
