If you are planning a visit to Norwich, please contact our Tourist Information Centre so that we can provide you with all the information you need, or you can call in to see us so that we can give you details of places to see and special events which are taking place.
How to find the Tourist Information Centre (324 Kb pdf)
The Tourist Information Centre which is located in the Forum, is open six days a week and provides the following services:
- Local accommodation booking and the National Book-a-bed Ahead service
- Local maps, books and leaflets
- Walking and cycling guides
- Information on local attractions and things to do
- Guided tours
- National Express coach, bargain break tickets, airport hotel bookings
- National Rail tickets and information
- Souvenirs
- Postcards, postage stamps and phonecards
- Help and advice on planning your holiday
- Left luggage lockers (ID required)
- Go4less cards
- UK holiday information
- Events information
- YHA membership
Opening times
April to October
Monday - Saturday 9.30am to 6pm, Sunday 9.30am to 2.30pm
November to March
Monday - Saturday 9.30am to 5.30pm

Tours of Norwich buildings
Norwich has the finest single collection of any city in the UK of individually outstanding heritage buildings — together these represent a resource of universal importance.
Tours are available for the following 12 buildings and tickets can be booked at the Tourist Information Centre.
