Help with paying bills
If you are experiencing difficulty paying your energy bills, have been threatened with disconnection or wish to complain about your energy supplier, contact Norfolk Citizens Advice.

Help with home repairs and adaptations
The Norwich Home Improvement Service can help eligible clients living in the private sector to arrange home repairs, adaptations or improvements enabling them to remain warm, safe and secure in their own homes. If you think you might be eligible complete the online referral form.
Switching information
The energy switching market remains locked. We continue to monitor the energy market and hope to restart our collective switching scheme as soon as it is viable to do so.
In the meantime do not cancel your direct debit. Speak to your energy supplier and it will help you to arrange a plan that you can afford. Take and submit regular meter readings - this mean that your bill will be accurate and not estimated.
