Important message for new residents applying for permits

If you are applying for a permit at your property for the first time, you may see the following message 'the allocation for this property has been reached'. This may be due to the previous tenants not cancelling their permits, so please contact us online if you are applying in advance or call 0344 980 3333 (9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday) if it is urgent, so we can reset the system.

Renew a permit

Renewal reminders will still be sent to permit holders 30 days before the permit is due to expire.

Please note that the reminders service is provided as a courtesy to residents and it remains the responsibility of the permit holder to check the expiry of their permit and renew accordingly. When the vehicle is parked in a permit zone it is the responsibility of the driver to ensure that the vehicle is parked with a valid permit on display.
