Apply for a road closure for your community or play event on Car Free Day - Sunday 22 September 2019

Norwich will be joining more than 2,000 cities across 46 countries to champion Car Free Day.

Those who want to get together with neighbours and organise a community or play event in their street on Car Free Day can apply for a road closure and the fee we would normally charge will be waived.

To close a road for a play street session you will have to apply to us for a road closure licence.

The deadline for applications is at least six weeks before the event and the cost is £37.64.

Save the form to your computer before completing it if you are emailing it to us, or print and return it by post.

You will be advised if your road is suitable for a street play session within a week.
