Russell Street Community Centre, Russell Street, Norwich, NR2 4QT
Norwich City Council would like to invite expressions of interest from experienced, constituted organisations and/or partnerships wishing to take over the management of the building formally used as Russell Street Community Centre to deliver community- based services and activities.
The lease on this building may be granted at reduced or peppercorn rent depending on usage. In return for the waiving of some or all of the rental income, there are some requirements for the tenant of the building. Depending on the agreed use, this list of obligations will be agreed with the successful tenant during ‘heads of terms’ negotiations.

Open mornings will be held at the property from 10am until 1pm on both Friday 21 February and Friday 28 February 2020.
Officers will be on-hand to answer questions and talk through your proposed ideas.
The building is currently in use so it would be helpful if architects, surveyors and other advisors could all visit with the applicant organisation at the open morning at the same time, in order to keep officer time and disruption to the tenants to a minimum.
There is limited parking available on site so please walk or car share if you can to minimise disruption to local residents.
