Norwich City Council has tasked a group of councillors to look into how fly-tipping can be dealt with and reduced.
The council has a responsibility, as a service provider and landowner, to remove fly-tipped material from public areas such as street, parks, open spaces, car parks and bin storage areas.
In order to make improvements to our services and work to reduce the number of incidents, we would like to hear about your experiences of reporting fly-tipping to the council and your views on how the council can best tackle the issue.
This work supports the ‘Maintain a clean and sustainable city with a good local environment that people value’ action in the council’s Corporate Plan.
How to comment
You can complete the survey online, answering the questions provided and using the boxes to leave your comments about fly-tipping in Norwich. The consultation closed at midnight on Thursday, June 30.
What happens next
Results and comments from the survey will be used to help make service changes aimed at reducing the amount of fly-tipping in the city.
Once you have completed the survey, you will have opportunity to sign up for further information about the work to tackle fly-tipping being carried out by the council.
