Who can buy an Eaton Park season ticket?

The use of season tickets is monitored. Where evidence is found that the season ticket is being used incorrectly, the holder will be given the opportunity to provide a satisfactory explanation of the circumstances or agree actions to rectify the situation. Action will be taken by the council if no satisfactory response is received.
Refunds, exchanges for season tickets
Refunds will not be made on any unexpired portion of a parking permit, so you are advised to select the length of permit suited to your requirements - either 6 or 12 months.
If you lose your season ticket, a replacement is available at an administration cost.
Season ticket validity
A season ticket is only valid within the east and west car parks within Eaton Park within the designated parking spaces for a maximum of four hours each day.
A season ticket does not guarantee a parking space. If no parking spaces are available, this does not justify a parking contravention elsewhere.
A season ticket is not valid for use across a dropped kerb for pedestrian or cycle use at any time.
Conditions of use of the season ticket clock
- The clock is for use by, and on behalf of, a season ticket holder only.
- The clock must be displayed within the windscreen, or side window, and must be visible at all times.
- When in use, it must be set to the time of arrival (the nearest next 15 minutes).
The use of a season ticket will be invalid if:
- a false time of arrival is displayed on the clock
- the clock is not displayed clearly within the vehicle
- the time on the clock is reset after parking
- the time limit of the season ticket is exceeded (this is four hours)
- the vehicle is parked again within either of the east or west car parks in Eaton Park within four hours of your original departure time
How long does it take to process a permit application?
Please allow up to seven days for your season ticket application to be processed and posted to you.
Renewals
We strongly recommend that you make a note of when your season ticket expires as it remains the responsibility of the holder to check the expiry date of their season ticket and renew accordingly.
