Moving house
Pat attended the drop-in sessions at The Box because she wanted to move house and needed to learn how to register for house exchange online.
She received support from Steve, a volunteer, who helped her use the computer to register for two house exchange websites and she has now successfully moved into sheltered housing provided by Norwich City Council.
Pat would definitely recommend the project to others - the support from Steve was “very useful” and Steve was “very friendly”.
She would like to learn more, particularly how to look up information about holidays online and book holidays and will make use of the Wi-Fi in the communal room at her scheme.
