How it works
- The car club is a membership service that offers value for money, pay-as-you-go car rental
- Vehicles are located across the city in dedicated bays to offer members a choice of vehicles 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- There is no need to worry about paying for petrol as each car comes with a fuel card. All you need to do is book online or by phone
- At the end of the journey you return your car to its dedicated on-street car club parking space, so you are always guaranteed a space
- Car Club members can use any car club cars operated by Enterprise across the UK
Car Club members
As from Friday 6 May 2022, operation of the car club in Norwich is now with Enterprise Car Club.
For data protection reasons your data cannot be shared automatically with Enterprise Car Club, so you will need to become a member with them. Please follow the three simple steps below to do this:
- Complete the enrolment form. You'll need your driving licence photocard and payment details to hand.
- Enter the promotional code ‘GOFREE’ into the ‘promo code’ field on page 1 of your enrolment form to secure your FREE Enterprise Car Club membership for the first year (thereafter £60/year), and £25 free driving credit. T&Cs apply
- Email membership@enterprisecarclub.co.uk to provide proof that you are (or have been) a member of the car club in Norfolk (eg booking confirmation, photo of member smartcard or membership confirmation)
