Terms and conditions
1. Complete our Tenant Engagement Consultation Survey by the closing date to be entered into a prize draw to win £200.
2. Entry is open to Norwich City Council tenants aged 18 or over who are named on a current tenancy agreement.
3. Only one entry, per tenant named on a current tenancy agreement is permitted.
4. Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
5. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 28 days of the survey closing date.
6. The winner will receive £200 paid by BACS into a UK bank account.
7. To be eligible, tenants must:
- have an active tenancy with the council
- not have current tenancy enforcement action in place
- not have an active anti-social behaviour case; and
- not have rent arrears, unless an agreed repayment arrangement is in place and being maintained at the time of the draw
8. The council reserves the right to verify eligibility using tenancy records and to select another winner if eligibility criteria are not met.
9. The winner will be contacted using the contact details held on their tenancy record. If we are unable to contact the winner within 14 days, another winner may be selected.
10. Survey responses will be used to help improve housing services. Personal data will be handled in line with the council's Privacy Notice.
11. The council reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
12. By completing the survey, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
