Use this form to request a new plate for your vehicle.
You will need the following:
- email address
- credit or debit card
When the application has been processed and authorised you can collect the new vehicle plate and associated items from City Hall. You will receive a notification email when the items are ready to collect. This will normally be within two working days of submitting the application.
Once you have started, you must continue to the end and submit the form. Please note that you only have 10 minutes to fill out each page and you will not be able to come back to the form at a later time because your answers will not be saved.
