With a Benefits account you can:
- manage housing benefit and Council Tax Reduction claims
- report changes in your circumstances
- view letters and claim updates
Housing
With a Housing Online account you can:
- apply and bid for properties
- apply and bid for garages
- report repairs
- check your rent account
- update your contact details
- update your preference for receiving TLC magazine
Business Rates
With a Business Rates account you can:
- view your balance, payments and bills
- access your account information online
- switch to paperless billing
Forgotten your password?
If you already have an account but cannot remember your password, select 'Forgotten password' on the sign in page. We'll send instructions to reset your password by email. The password reset email will be sent to the email address you used when you created the account.
If you cannot remember which email address you used, or you no longer have access to it, complete our online form and select 'Online accounts' as the enquiry type.
Make sure only you know your login information, and do not share your login details with anybody else.
