This easy-to-use tool gives you up-to-date information on key housing services. It means you can see how we’re doing, hold us to account, and help shape the services that matter to you.
Housing Highlights is part of our We Are Norwich community-led plan and supports the national standards that ask councils to be clear, transparent, and accountable to tenants.
