Norwich City Council reserves the right to amend these conditions and the discounts offered.
Your Go4Less card:
- must be produced every time you wish to claim a discount
- is valid for one year from date of issue
- will be cancelled if used fraudulently or conditions of use are breached
- is not transferable.
A fee of £5 will be charged for replacement cards. If your card is stolen, a replacement will be issued free of charge on production of a police crime reference number.
