Planning fees and how to pay

 Increase in planning application fees

In line with new government regulations, fees for planning applications will rise nationally by approximately 20% from Wednesday 17 January 2018.

Any applications received prior to 17 January which are found to be invalid, or remain without receipt of requested information to make them valid, will be subject to the fee increase. Information required to make the applications valid should be presented to us before 17 January 2018.

How to pay

The easiest way is to pay by debit or credit card online when making an application on the planning portal.
