There are two cycle speedway tracks in Norwich that are free to use all year round. They are located at:
Norwich Cycle Speedway Club
The club is based at the Harford Park track and runs regular coaching and taster sessions on Tuesdays at 6.30pm. It also hosts team and individual competitions from March to October.
