Heigham Park Tennis Courts – temporary closure from 2 September
The tennis courts at Heigham Park will be closed from Tuesday 2 September for approximately 5 weeks due to essential resurfacing work.
These repairs are being carried out under warranty, following the discovery of a defect in the original surface.
The nearest alternative courts can be found at Eaton Park. We appreciate your patience and look forward to welcoming you back to improved courts soon.
Norwich Parks Tennis manages 21 hard courts and is run by our tennis operator NTA (National Tennis Association).
All of our tennis courts have recently been upgraded and refurbished through Government and LTA funding – this included resurfacing and colour coating the tennis courts at Harford, Alderman Walker and Bowthorpe. This funding included new posts, nets and access gates.
