The South City Centre Plan is a broad framework to set future investment and regeneration priorities in an important area of the city extending south east from Cattle Market Street and Rose Lane, centred on King Street.
It is not a formal planning document (and has no legal status in decision making) but it will help to inform the detailed planning of the area. It follows a major study by David Lock Associates commissioned by the city council in partnership with the Homes and Communities Agency.
