It is proposed to allow the new apartments at Nos 1a to 1f St Matthews Road restricted permit entitlement as determined by the planning decision as follows:
For each apartment:
- 1 resident permit for Zone B (normally 2 resident permits)
- Visitor scheme permits for Zone B
