Bowthorpe Three Score

Delivered projects

Rayne Park and Trinity Gardens

Work to build 172 new homes at Three Score, Bowthorpe, began in May 2017.

It signalled the first landmark project of Norwich Regeneration Company which is wholly owned by Norwich City Council.

172 properties have been built to create Rayne Park and Trinity Gardens.

These homes range in size from one to five bedrooms and are made up of a mix of apartments and terraced houses. They are a mix of social rent, private rent, open market and shared equity homes.

112 of the homes will be built to Passivhaus standard – an approach that produces ultra-low energy buildings that need very little fuel for heating or cooling.
