City Hall’s customer centre is Norwich's large-scale vaccination site after it moved from Castle Quarter in January 2022.
The centre, which is run by the NHS, has moved from nearby Castle Quarter and will be open seven days a week:
- 8.30am to 4pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- 8.30am to 7.30pm on Thursdays.
Members of the public can access the vaccination centre via the City Hall entrance on Bethel Street only. This is next to Norwich Police Station and opposite the side of The Forum. It cannot be accessed via the front steps of City Hall.

How to get there
The entrance to the City Hall vaccination centre is on Bethel Street.
Buses go to nearby Castle Meadow, Theatre Street, St Stephen’s Street, Norwich Bus Station and Red Lion Street.
Bicycles: On-street bicycle racks are available in Bethel Street, at the front of The Forum and outside the front of City Hall in St Peters Street. There is also a secure, covered bicycle store on the ground floor of St Andrew’s Car Park in Duke Street.
There are no public toilets available at the City Hall vaccination centre. The nearest public toilets are located on Norwich Market or across Bethel Street at The Forum.
Please note, that during busy periods people might have to queue outside for the vaccination centre, so please come prepared for this.
