From Spring 2026, our city council tenants and leaseholders with an email address will receive TLC by email. You’ll only get a printed copy if you’ve asked for one. Update your preferences to request a printed copy.

About TLC

TLC magazine, which stands for tenants’ and leaseholders’ community magazine, is sent to homes three times a year. It got its name through a competition run for tenants and leaseholders to rename it.

The magazine has been updated and improved in consultation with the publications sub-group. It provides updates on the latest projects and initiatives that the council and tenants are involved with as well as useful information and articles on other housing issues that may affect tenants and leaseholders.
