Use this form if you are experiencing difficulty in paying your Council Tax and would like to request a change to your payment dates.
You will need to provide your Council Tax reference number, and tell us how you intend to pay your instalments from the following options:
- 2 instalments from February 2021 to March 2021
- Advise another way to pay by March 2021
Please note that when you start the form you must continue to the end and submit it. You only have 10 minutes to fill out each page and you will not be able to save the form and come back later.
