You will need to provide:
- a photo or scan of your driving licence
- a photo or scan of your proof of vehicle ownership
- if relevant, a photo or scan of your Blue Badge
- the reference number of any existing garages or parking posts you have
Photos or scans should be ready to upload as JPG, PDF or Word files with a maximum size of 10MB each.
Please note: when you start the form you must continue to the end and submit it. You have 30 minutes to fill out each page and you will not be able to save the form and come back later.
