To use this form you will have received notification from the Food and Safety Team that you can now book your pre-inspection audit and advice visit.
- The cost of a pre-inspection audit and advice visit is £160
- Payment will be taken when you submit the form and can be made by credit or debit card.
- On receipt of the payment an officer from the food safety team will contact you to arrange the visit.
- One pre-inspection audit and advice visit is available per inspection cycle
Please note: when you start the form you must continue to the end and submit it. You have 30 minutes to fill out each page and you will not be able to save the form and come back later.
