- Leaseholders' information pack (or sellers' pack) – £150
- Notice of Assignment – £40
- Notice of Charge – £40
If you are paying for more than one you'll need to do a separate transaction for each.
When you pay for the service
You will need:
- your debit or credit card
If you are paying for a Notice of Assignment or a Notice of Charge, please remember that you will still need to supply us with the relevant notices. These can be sent to us by email at homeownership@norwich.gov.uk
Please note that you only have 30 minutes to complete each page. Your answers will not be saved until you submit the form, so once you have started you must continue to the end. You cannot leave the form and come back to it later.
