Norwich City Services Ltd (NCSL) was established by Norwich City Council in April 2021 and provide services on behalf of the city council.
These include:
- Environmental services (arboriculture, street cleansing, cleaning, grounds maintenance, cemeteries and burials, park management, pest control, graffiti removal)
- Building repairs and maintenance
The company currently has around 300 employees, some of which are office based but the majority are out in the city carrying out operational duties.
The head office for the company is based on Hurricane Way, Airport Industrial Estate in Norwich.
