Housing strategy
One of the strategic priorities within the our Corporate Plan is to make Norwich a healthy city with good housing.
The Housing Strategy 2013-18 sets out the framework to achieve this. View the strategy and its supporting evidence base.
Stock condition
The Housing Act 2004 places a duty on local housing authorities to review housing conditions in their districts. In 2014 we commissioned Building Research Establishment Ltd (BRE) to provide information on key housing and domestic energy variables, with a focus on private sector housing.
