We are seeking landlords to help provide private rented accommodation at market rent to people facing specific barriers to finding a home.
A range of financial incentives are available for providing 6 month tenancies as part of this scheme. Every tenant will come with a deposit and first month’s rent as standard.
These people are looking for a fresh start, have low support needs and are carefully assessed as being ready to take on the responsibilities of a tenancy. Finding a home is often the first step needed to get your life on track, and yet it is often the hardest. Why not help someone take this vital step?
This scheme is separate to Let NCC, where the council provides a management service and provides properties to people on housing register and those eligible through government resettlement schemes.
