Closed consultation: Footpath diversion - Half Mile Road and Glenmore Gardens

Consultation closed 18 March 2022.

No objections were received, so the order has been confirmed by the council as Local Planning Authority under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act (1990).

Norwich City Council is proposing to allow the route of a footpath between Half Mile Road and Glenmore Gardens to be diverted.

This is proposed in connection with a development of five dwellings on the adjacent land which has been granted planning permission (reference: 21/00477/VC). Diverting the route of the footpath facilitates the beneficial redevelopment of this land whilst maintaining a route between Half Mile Road and Glenmore Gardens.

The footpath diversion is proposed under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act (1990).
