A proposed diversion of the footpath between Half Mile Road and Glenmore Gardens was subject to public consultation from 3 February 2022 to 18 March 2022.
No objections were received, so the order has been confirmed by the council as Local Planning Authority under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act (1990).
This came into force on 4 August 2023 when Norfolk County Council certified that the terms of Article 2 of the Public Footpath Diversion Order 2022 had been complied with.
On 7 December 2023, Norfolk County Council certified that the replacement rights of way required under the terms of the above order have been created.
