Annual grants are allocated once a year and run from 1 April to 31 March. We award grants to voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations in order to help meet its priorities, details of which can be found in our corporate plan 2019-22.
In addition to grants, we provide a whole range of funding and support to the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector including grants-in-kind and business rates relief. Working in partnership with that sector will remain key to the delivery of our corporate priorities. We continue to review the way we work with the VCSE sector in order to strengthen our relationship with organisations and to improve the impact of the work we deliver with them.
Community grants of up to £500 will continue to be available throughout the year as part of the Get Involved programme of funding.
