Updated 7 May 2020
Our priority is to continue to provide essential services and we have robust plans in place to do this, but our own staff and contractor resources may change, so the situation is being constantly reviewed. Please see below for current changes:
City Hall access
The front doors of City Hall have been closed until further notice and relevant signage is in place.
The customer centre is closed for in person visitors and is only dealing with essential business.
Residents who need to leave essential documents/items can do so using the postbox located inside the foyer area of the customer centre, accessed via the Bethel Street doors (closed from 1-2pm).
Face to face appointments will only be made available if emergency support is needed and this will be assessed over the phone by calling 0344 980 3333.
Online services are still available.
