Our priority is to continue to provide essential services and we have robust plans in place to do this, but our own staff and contractor resources may change, so the situation is being constantly reviewed. Please see below for current changes:
City Hall access
The customer centre is currently closed for in-person visitors and is only dealing with essential business.
Face to face appointments will only be made available if emergency support is needed and this will be assessed over the phone by calling 0344 980 3333.
Residents who need to leave essential documents/items can do so using the postbox located inside the main foyer area of the customer centre, accessed via the main entrance on St Peter's Street doors (closed from 1-2pm). Level access is via the Bethel Street entrance.
Online services are still available.
