Due to additional supplies of Covid-19 test kits, Norfolk County Council is able to offer home test kits for employees of small businesses across Norwich. The scheme will enable your staff to conduct twice-weekly testing in a manner appropriate to your business and working practices. Collection points have been set up at 33 libraries across the county (this will rise to all 47 in the next couple of weeks).

What you will get
Due to current supply chain demands, you will be given one box of home test kits per employee. Each box contains seven tests (enough for 3 ½ weeks of twice-weekly testing for an individual). Therefore, you will be asked to return to the library and collect further tests after three weeks. As supply improves, this may increase to two boxes at a time.
The test kit includes instructions for administering the self-test at home. It is recommended that individuals attend a DATS testing site to be tested by a trained testing operative and see how a test is correctly administered – this will increase the effectiveness of your home testing regime.
